Movie help
Okay really don't know what it is I can't really remember anything about it but when I was little in the ninety's I watched a movie it was about a witch she was young about 19 or so and she fell in love with a worlock and he turned out to be bad. So I think at the end of the movie she's on the roof and she started waving her hands around and said rewindand it took her back in town please please please help me find out the name of this movie
