    Watts credits
Can I be ordered to owe Watt credits when husband QUIT paying mortgage, moved out a few months later and abandoned me and 3 kids. I had no job or means of financial support at the time so I continued to live in home until it short saled? His lawyer is threatening me with Watt credits but from what I read since he hasn't paid mortgage he cannot claim reimbursement.

His lawyer can claim and ask for anything, the issue is first the lender can come after you and hubby for the money and may sue either or both of you.

You need to head for divorce court where this all needs to be settled.
If he really has an attorney you need one also.
