I have sufferd from lower back pain for a couple of years now and its getting worst, hurting when I lie down straight etc, I'm a beautican I look after my postioning while carrying out treatments but its seem to be getting worst what shall I do ? Also I'm always tired lately and have no energy through the day and come alive at night, even if I've had 10 hours or more sleep I could sleep the day away and that's not healthy , headaches now and again, belly pains etc could you tell me what to do please

I will guess that you have two different problems: one is backache from bending forward all day (despite the care you take), and the other is the inhalation of toxic chemicals, a well known hazard in beauty salons. Salons handling hair straighteners are particularly likely to cause all sorts of vague symptoms of fatigue and respiratory problems.

Yes, what you describe is very common among people in your profession.

A proper medical check up is in need.
Also making sure that the client is high enough to not need to bend over as much, but just being on your feet all day, can cause back issues, perhaps the type of shoe you use should also be looked at
