    What are the procedures for getting off parole early in Pennsylvania ?

    Hello P:

    IF the state allows for early release, they must have some published criteria for granting it. I don't know what it's called in your state. It's a policy manual, or a procedures manual.. Get it and read it. See if you meet the criteria. IF you do, write a letter to the parole board requesting release, and cite HOW you FIT the criteria spelled out in such and such manual. Send copies to your PO & the prosecutor.

    First have you discussed it or asked your parole officer about it ?
    Have you reviewed your parole paper work ?
