Neutrophils
absolute neutrophils are 6.40 for the value
1.40-5.30 (THOUS/UL) is the range
what does this mean and what are the possibilities of anything being wrong?

No, 1.5 to 8 is the normal range, with anything under 1.5 in the danger area.
Also what is the ANC count, that has to be used with this, which shoulc be in the 500 to 1500 range
To me this limited one number is in valid range of normal
