    Brown hair to blonde
    I have blonde highlights and my hair is dark brown but I want to go blonder. Do I put more highlights or can I die the whole top of my head

    You cannot dye dark brown hair to blond. You should see a professional so you don't end up with a disaster :) Going from dark brown to blond involves bleaching and then toning.
