    Is it possible to have normal symptoms of pregnancy before missed period
    Is it possible to have the normal symptoms like tiredness en cravings in the first 9 weeks? And is it also possible to have had these symptoms after hearing no hart beat after the 9 weeks?

    It is possible to have those and not even be pregnant,
    From other medical issues
    From wanting to have them (and not knowing it)

    So it is always possible to have them, They have no meaning really
