    How do I file for abandonment in Indiana
    I have had guardianship of my grandchild (12) since she was a baby; In her best interest I wish to adopt her. Her mother has not seen,spoken to,nor paid child support in many years.(She has spent a good portion of that time incarcerated) How do I go about filing for abandonment against her mother?
