    Not Sure Where to Go
I am 36 and I have a small nickel sized lump in my lower right abdomen. Its below my belly button and to the right about 4 inches, closer to my hip than to my mid-line. Its about an inch in from my right hip. I have stretch marks there from being pregnant in the past which makes it difficult to find, but it is clearly round and fairly hard. I found it when I was lying on my back and just happened to have my hands resting on my stomach. It doesn't hurt. I currently only have an Ob/Gyn. I'm healthy and I don't have a regular doctor. The lump seems too far over to be my ovary, but I'm not certain. Is it acceptable to go to my Ob/Gyn with this? I'm really not sure what to do next.

Yes, get it checked out. Find a regular doctor, or go to the ob/gyn.

I would say start with your Oby and go from there. She would take a look at it, and if not her Perdue, then I am sure she would direct you.

My IPad picks its own words if not one I have used before, so the word 'PERDUE' should read PERVUE' sorry!
