Hi. What products/ treatment do you recommend, as the best to help with facial acne scarring?

Everyone I know who has used proactive has been really happy with it. The regular products prevent new breakouts and they have a dark spot cream that I found works really well.
Another option, which costs more money but works especially well, is laser treatment. I had some sun spots and dark acne marks on my skin a few years ago and went for cosmetic laser treatment. As I recall it cost a few hundred dollars for about 6 treatments. I would go in, just like going to a facial appointment, and they used this want and kind of zapped the dark areas on my skin. After a few days, they dried up, scabbed over and came off. It didn't look terrible - it healed quickly and underneath was perfect skin.
If you have serious scarring like pock marks, laser resurfacing or a chemical peel can help. A dermatologist either uses a medical grade acidic chemical, or a laser, to destroy the top surface of the skin. It ends up looking like a severe sunburn - just very red. You might not want to go out in public for a bit while it heals (I'd guess a week but am not sure how long it takes). But the skin underneath is smooth and clear. Then you just have to take good care of it moving forward and they teach you how.
I would recommend that you go to a dermatologist for a recommendation on what best to do.

Acne scarring

I was one of those teenagers plagued with terrible acne. With enough perscriptions , it began clearing up. Now the only visible sings are the scaring that was left behind. Is there any easy remedy for this as well?
