    Depression
I'm 16 years old and I'm a girl and i feel like i have depression.. i have self diagnosed myself with it
it seems like i can't be happy.. if i am happy it will only last one day and then i will go back to being depressed and wishing i wasn't here on this earth .. as in dead
i feel like i am completely alone , i don't feel like my family wants or even needs me around, i don't have friends who could help me.. and i also believe i have social anxiety disorder
i don't feel cared by or loved by anyone.. i can't even trust anyone when they say anything to me i believe that i am ugly and don't deserve to be on this earth so i feel like I'm just waiting for that day i wont wake up..
i can't tell my parents about it or go to a doctor and get real diagnosed with depression so i can't get medicine for depression.. any suggestions on what to do? is there any like over the counter medicine that could help with depression..?

    1. Learn and do yoga by joining a class at the park district or gym
    2. Walk outdoors every day for fifteen minutes.
    3. Do one secret and random act of kindness for one person every day.

Why can't you tell your parents you need help?

I can't tell them because even if I did it would be pointless they wouldn't believe me or even care if I did try to tell them

Do your parents know you have social anxiety? Have you seen a doctor about that, (and it's a very legitimate concern that parents will deal with).

I'm also home schooled because I was bullied since I was 10 years old so now that I'm home schooled I don't have to listen to anyone call me ugly or fat
I highly doubt they would care
My real dad is an alcoholic drunk who waste all money on beer instead of food at his house he doesn't even have fridge yet he works my real dad doesn't care if I strave to death
My mom knows how he is yet she does nothing I told her what he's done before and yet she says she can't help me
My step dad I'm not his kid so I'll not his problem so.. yeah I don't think they would care if I'm depressed and have completely shut myself out from the world
