Why didn't you leave a fowarding address... that only took about 3 minutes at the post office to fill out the form?

I know someone would have the answer I was looking for. You're a smooth one~ thanks, but I didn't ask how long it took to change your address. :)

That should have been a priority every time you move... speaking as someone who has moved about a dozen times in my life. For this and a number of other pootiential problems.

Since you didn't do that.. you are now going to have to take time out of your life and deal with the unemployment office in the state you collected from to get that info to them so they can send it to you. Maybe they will have a website, maybe you will have to call them... but I'm guessing since you changed addresses they are going to want proof you are who you claim before they send it someplace else due to identity theft issues that exist in today's world.

But see how easily this could have been avoided... for future reference. And any other tax documents that might be needed are going to end up with forwarding address unknown too... that can cost you a lot of money.
