    You have to find out by a test at a clinic or doctor's. Yes, 'it' can be any number of things. You don't say what your symptoms are, but you need to go anyway.

    Yes, could be, if you are sexually active, it could be several things, So only way to know is to have an exam. If in the US, most county health departments have clinics, and there are often other clinics to be checked at also
