The brother interdicted his sister and he named himself curator and his daughter undercurator. The interdictee willed her estate to the children of the nephew, son of the interdictor. Ten years after the interdictee's and the interdictor's death the undercurator submitted an affidavit to the probate court for 9.5 percent of the oil and mineral rights left to the heirs.
