    Am I addicted to masturbation?
    I am now 24 years old. I have been addicted to masturbation since from the age of 13. I'll masturbate 2 to 3 times a day. What to do to leav this habit? I am fed up of this. Give me a solution, please.

    If you really can't stop, go get professional help.

    But really leave your pants on, and you hands out of your pants, set it up, perhaps once a day and go for that for a while.
