    Durozone damper motors troubleshooting
    I need a replacement spring for my durozone 7" fresh air damper . I cannot find one anywhere. The damper is normally open so when the spring breaks the air comes in all day long.It is getting pretty cold in the basement. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would hate to have to buy a new one.

    Odds are you will need to buy a complete new damper assembly.

    Don't know what size but HD and Lowe's have loads of springs and you might be able to find one. In the meantime, manually close the damper and wedge it shut.
