    electrical questions
    All electrical lights and outlets go out randomly for approx an hour then goes back on. No breakers trip inside the panel. Main breaker never trips outside. Could there be problem from the street to main?

    Could be. Could also be a bad main breaker or something else.
    What's weird is that it's everything and not just half the house.
