    2003 Honda Accord Ex, ABS light
    The ABS light for my 2003 honda Accord EX 4cly is showing constantly on the dashboard after changing the break pads. Please can any body help me on what is wrong?

    . Did you remove and clean the caliper pins and regrease them with silicone grease? If not, they may be binding and triggering the ABS light.

    . Did you remove the cap to the master cylinder reservoir, prior to pushing the caliper pistons back in? If not, the ABS modulator and master cylinder can be damaged.

    . Scan for codes, using an ABS scan tool.

    Without knowing what you actually did, you could have introduced air into the system or even broke one of the ABS sensors.

93 honda accord ABS light [ 1 Answers ]

HI All, I have a 93 honda accord EX. When you start the car, the abs light is NOT on. It comes on after I back it out of the garage(25-50 feet) and stays on while driving. Why?? Is this real bad? I am not sure what or where to start looking. Any help would be appreciated!
