    Child support overpayment
    Basically my ex wanted to get more child support,the c/s enforcement had us both fill out income paperwork she never claimed the ssd my child received from my claim, it went to court it was found that I overpaid roughly 20,000 in c/s I owed no further c/s and no rears any way to reclaim overpayment?

    You did not file a motion in this court when this was ruled asking for repayment

    Make a Motion now.

    Did you ask that the overpayment be used toward future support payments?

    EDIT: I just read your other thread. You do not owe ongoing support because the child receives benefits thorugh your SS Disability payments.

    These threads need to be combined. They are both on the same subject.
