Getting money from Tenant - Lawsuit / Tribunal
I took a tenant to the tribunal and obtained an order against her for the amount she owes me in unpaid rent. (She no longer lives at the property any more). I want to put the amount she owes me on her credit file, so it will affect her credit rating / come up as unpaid on her credit report.

How do I do that? Do I have to go to small claims court and get an order/ claim from that court even though I already went to court (the tribunal) and obtained an order against her? Or do I just call equifax or transunion, and provide them with the documents? Or am I supposed to do something else?

    Thanks,

    Phil

Ask the court clerk whether results from the tribunal are reported or picked up by credit bureaus. General they do pick up legal actions that are a matter of public record.

Check with the credit bureaus also to see if they pick them up from this tribunal.

See if there is a landlord's association in your area that can make reports.
