    Taking out the trash
We have an unwanted houseguest that has a warrant for his arrest, and I think he may get violent if I ask him to leave. Originally, we were only supposed to store his things the last time he was in jail, but when he got out,he parked himself-with nothing ever discussed. His original plan was to get a job/own place live, but has done neither, nor shown any effort. Now, he's been here well over 6 months, and we have received no more than 250.00 worth of groceries. He cops an attitude when he can't get a free ride someplace,or wants to use my phone when I have no minutes on it,or he brings a friend over and gets mad if that friend and I(or my husband) wants to be friends with his friend. This guy is originally my husbands coworker/friend,and my husband won't stand up for us or his home-another problem completely. So, beings I have to be the , how can I get him out of my house so I can work on my other husband-type problem?

If your husband and you own the house together, you can't get him out without your husband's cooperation. You would evict for non-payment (and possibly destruction of property) according to the laws of your state. Some states have 'lodger' statutes that allow faster removal.

You call the police and turn him in, if he has a warrant out for him.

    What Fr_Chuck said.

And in case he makes bail, be prepared in case he tries to come back. If he has a key, change the locks. I don't know how he "parked himself" unless you gave him a key. The place does have locks, right?
