    Baged concrete products
    Does baged concrete, cement,mortor,etc. have a shelf life/ expire? If it is stored in a dry place? Thanks

    Realistically... it does... because unless you live in death valley there is usually enough moisture in the air to cause it to lump and solidify over time.

    Yes... I've had that happen inside a dry basement...
