I only remember a few scene tidbits so hee they are, scrambled: one scene is this (im guessing he was a "loose cannon cop" and he meets this girl in a room full of lit candles then she says to him "i couldnt find the lightswitch." then they talk and begin showing off ridiculous injuries, for example the girl explains she has a steel plate in her skull... also there's a scene where the cop guy rolls on the floor shooting a pistol randomly for a long time (mocking action films I assume) its drove me crazy not remembering the name. One small gag scene is an introduction to the docks and a character dressed as popeye walks down the ramp and is suddenly attacked by ninjas or something (a scene that had nothing to do with the plot)
