Dr. Bill Please Help!
Hi Dr. Bill,
I have to take random EtG tests and have not been drinking much for the past few weeks. HOWEVER, I had a test Wednesday, and then stupidly was tempted and had 4 12 oz. (3/2 beers) 2 at 3pm, and 2 at 8pm on Thursday. Then, Friday I had one regular 12 oz before 6pm. I found out this morning (Saturday) that I have to test today before 8pm. The cutoff is 500ng, I am 5'2" and 125lbs and very active and also drink a lot of water... my trainer has calculated my metabolic rate is 1358 calories approx. I am really panicked and also just feel stupid I may have ruined my chances of passing the test. Please help! |
