    Immigration issues
    I have been married for 4 years to a lady from india. Now that my wife has received her passport back from the foreign office she has decided to divorce me. Where do I stand when it comes to immigration. I am a british citizen.

    I am deeply sorry for you. You should investigate your woman before getting in touch with her. Now you know. As far as immigration ,there is nothing you can do, if she got her nationality. Sorry, start again
