Last Tuesday I had three teeth on my bottom jaw removed(one wisdom tooth and two molars). It's been five days and I've noticed two things.

First it looks like there's an infection near the very front of the stitches. The area there is yellowish white, but there's no pain. I've been doing the salt rinses and that seems to have helped some.

Second is that the stitches in that area feel and look loose. I can feel them move when I swallow and they sometimes tickle the inside of my cheek. The stitches aren't dissoluble, so I don't know if they should be loosening

Of course the stitches should be loosening. They were put into swollen flesh, now the swelling is going down and the stitches are no longer tight, and this is not an issue. If there was an infection where you state, there would be pain as well.
