Heater/ac works good only in certain rooms
I have central heat and air and on one end of the house the air flow is great, towards the middle of house it is so so. Then at the other end of the house hardly any air flow at all. So basically I can have the heater on all night and one end of house is hot, then warm, and pretty cold on the other end. I don't know if I need a repair person out or if there is something I can do to fix the problem. Please help!

I replaced the outlets in my spare bedroom, I turned the breaker off before doing it, (the breaker controls both spare and master bedrooms), when I turned the breaker back on, the power in the master bedroom is not working.
The fuse box is an old school with the 15 amp and 20 amp screw in fuses. Everything else in the house works and I have changed it out a ouple of times with a fuse that does work what would be my next step?

I have a heat pump in my house. The living room, kitchen and front room, which are all towards the middle of the house have good air flow while the outside rooms seem to have little to no air blowing out.
