    My fiancé has violated probation
    My fiancé was arrested for theft this is the same charge and his second probation violation he is being held in jail on probation violation bond he has been in there almost a month can his probation officer have the charges for violation bond dropped.The witness said they saw a side view of him and that the vehicle he was use to commit crime is beige funny thing our van is maroon and evidence does not match.can his Po have his bond violatIon's dropped when he go to court he in the county at 26th in il will good time count also.

    Can he, yes, will he of course not, he will present the evidence he has, it will be up to your fiance's attorney to present the correct facts.
