6 month old 102 fever possible ear infection
My 6 month old started running a fever this evening (after Dr office closed) he has also been fussy the past couple days and playing with his hair and ears. At first I thought it was just teething but now he has a fever so I am thinking ear infection, I cannot get him to the Dr at all tomorrow because my older son has to go to see his foot surgeon 2 hours away and cannot miss this appt. So I guess my question is should I just make the emergency room trip or wait until the day after tomorrow and treat symptoms?

Please get him to the ER. Any temp over 100.4 warrants an exam.
