    How to find landlord of property
    I want to know if you can find the owner of this residence 257 Maple Street Kitchener. I need the landlords name and number.

    Hello T:

    Go to your country website, specifically the tax assessors office.. Look it up by the address, and it should tell you WHO pays taxes on it.

    excon meant county. But we don't even know what country you are in, much less state, province, or county. Are you in Canada?

    There is a kitchener ontario. All he has to do is go to the town hall and look it up.

    Agree, some places it is on line, but in many you have to go to the court house, you will find who owns it, ( although it may be a corporation) All of my rental property is owned though a corporation.
