    GE coffee urn model 116199Z A65 A152015 upc 681131691994
    GE sold small appliance division to Black & Decker. Black & Decker no help
    Walmart sold the urn they are no help. I don't have the basket to take measurememnts from to try a universial basket. Does anyone know where I can get this basket.

    Ebay? You have done a lot of search. Before you spend tons more time, why not get a new urn. Check Goodwill too.
