Hello Guys,

This is not really a question but I just wanted to share my experience since a LOT of questions on here deal with EtG. 3 weeks ago on Saturday, I consumed 9 oz (6 measured shots) of 80 proof vodka over 2 hours. I am Male, 20s, 170 pounds. Stopped at 10:00pm, estimated BAC = 0 at 2:00 am based on 1 drink per hour (not a heavy drinker). I was a bit worried that I would have to drop on Monday, so the next day, I drank a massive amount of water and worked out harder than I ever have in my life. (Heavy weights, tried to damage my muscles as much as possible to get some creatinine release) Then on Monday, drank another couple liters throughout the morning, but stopped water loading around an hour before I had to pee. Also took a bunch of B vitamins to help the color.

Anyway, I peed at 2:00pm, and it was pretty clear but still had some decent color in it, I worked out really hard to try and get my creatinine up. Bottom line, I know I passed this test because it was over 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything. I don't know if this is atypical, or if I just produce less EtG, or if my preparations leading to the test helped me out. A lot of variables I know, but that is my story.
