Looking for an old christmas animated movie around early or late 1990
It was on video back then, it it was about a boy and a girl and it was the night before christmas and they went on some adventure to cloud nine and there was a thunder man in the clouds clappin some clashers and there was snoww building up, I think it was called something like white christmas but I can't remember any one know??
