Blower and backlight to new gas fireplace not working
We just had our Napoleon fireplace installed and the back light and blower are both not working. Are these related? Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Have the installer come check things out. These fireplaces can get a bit tricky with all the extras. Most certainly not a do it yourself job to trouble shoot, as you may damage other components of the firplace. It may be a related issue, or it may be a burnt out light, and a bad or miswired blower, etc etc. What kind of remote do you have, is it a bit complex? Many are on the higher end models. I have had bad light bulb from the factory. I assume its due to rough shipping. Good luck and please let me know what is found.
