    Peerless purefire problems
We purchased this system ($8,000 incl installation, which took 10 weeks) in August to be installed in the basement of a 1200 sq ft home we bought for our parents which had electric heat when we purchased it. They moved into the home and turned on the heat the LAST week of October. Initially, the piping to the baseboard leaked in '3' places, causing water damage to floors, basement ceining & basement walls! After '5' weeks of use, the temp would not rise above 68. Living in N.E. PA it is very cold & my parents are elderly. The installer came (at his convenience) & said there was air in the line. Problem solved. He said if it happens again to turn thermostat off for 5-10 minutes & then back on. 1 1/2 weeks later & 20 degrees colder it happens... AGAIN. This time it won't get warmer than 62 degrees. We did what he said TWICE! Nothing happened. I have asked him for the place of purchase so I can call and get someone else to look at it since it is OBVIOUSLY under warrantee. He is not responding! I am at a loss... I hope SOMEONE can help us solve this issue so I can rest assured my parents aren't going to freeze to death in their sleep.
