    Printing issues
    A customer calls and states that her print job keeps printing unrecognizable characters. What is the most likely problem?

    Without knowing the setup, I would say re-install the printer driver.

    Check your printing options from the document editor and the printing languages supported by your printer (i.e. PCL, etc.)

    Like flakzeus says, without more info, were just throwing guesses here.
