Theft under 5000 in ontario second in 12 years
I was charged with theft under 5000 for the second time in 15 years. I see a therapist weekly for mental/emotional problems related to sexual abuse. Can I apply for the Diversion Program? I suffer from Dissociative identity Disorder. What do you think will be the outcome?
