    Slow speed
    I have 120v to the outlet box (checked with meter) but when I put juice to anything, like a vacuum cleaner, the machine drags to start, like there is not enough electrical volts. I plug the vacuum into another outlet it fires right up. I took the outlet off and ran the main wires to the plug, same situation.
