    How would yoy define this situation?
    Moved into 2nd bedroom with renter I met @work. Now, rent for December is due and he tells me now guay his plan is to up and leave orlando, Fl. And move to Washington DC leaving on Monday njght Dec.10th. I'm not on the léase but I've been here since Nov. 2012. So, what are my rights in this situation as far as abandonment and eviction?

    You are in Orlando? In Florida, you can be given a 15 day written notice to get out, and if you fail to do so within that period the landlord can take you to court to evict you.
