    What will immigration do?
    Should I plea guilty or should get a immigration lawyer before I plea guilty prosecutor offered me a bargain of 4 yrs of probation and a fine of 2500 and a 2nd degree felony drop to a 3third degree felony for organized retail thef I've been married for 8yrs and I have a resident card that expires in 20 yrs because I have kids . What should I do . Can a be deported ,loose my green card , not be able to become a u.s citizen?

    Organized retail theft is pretty serious, that almost borders on a federal crime. Prosecutor downgraded your charges, so that looks good for you.

    Suggest you get an immigration lawyer, but given the crime and you are in the US under their good graces with a green card, you may lose all and be deported.
