    Hi . I was get married with us citizen woman. Over one year married I come tired from her jealous mod and all time argue. I was move out from her and she was act for domestic battery. I was arrest and now I have court trial. Her mission is take me out from us . She taked all my immigration documents and san. I have good lawyer for crime but ow much I have chance for get new green card next year even they will make me guilty or lost green card I have now?. I hope we will show she lie but here believe much woman's.. thanks.

    If you are found guilty, not very good chance, You need 2nd lawyer for this, a immigration attorney

    Domestic battery could cost you green card. Discuss this issue with immigration attorney ASAP.
