    What is the value of my series 1928 A one dollar silver certificate?
    Signatures are NOM oods ( treasurer) and A.W Mellon (secretary of treasury)

    Serial number F96451592A

    "series 1928 A" is in the face of the bill in the top left hand and bottom right hand areas.
