Hi dear! I am a single mum with 3 kids, I was getting housing benefit but they stop paying me then I applied for income suport and they toldme that will take abou 3 weeks! Right now I don't have any mony to pay and my rent is due on the 12 dec my landlord don't accept belefits and she doesn't accept being late on the rent! I have to speak and to tell her that I donnthave the rent, but if she put me out? What is gg o happen to me and my kids? I am for shure she will say if I don't get thee rent I will have too leave? She can't just throw you out. She has to give you a notice to vacate, then go to court for an eviction order.

But the bottom line is, if you can't pay the rent you will have to move.
