    Reposession of mobile
I am having my mobile home repo'd and I trying to find out if there is a way I can speed up the process of having the trailer removed from where it is now?

No, its up to the company doing the repo. But why are you willing to do this? A repo does NOT change your obligation to pay the financing. The lender is going to auction off the mobile home for whatever they can get then come after you for the diferrence.

Yes please remember after they take it, they will sell it as is normally at auction. For example a trailer worth 10,000 may only bring 4000 at a repo sale.

They add on to this the cost of the repo, ( moving it and legal work) next they add cost of the sale (advertising, auctioneer) from that they take out what is paid on the home.

I have seen many where the people owed more money after the mobile home was sold than was owed before it was repo'ed.
