    Urinary Incontinence and employment
Im a male age 53, who has had recent bladder surgery (2011). I have been recently seeking employment here in the Tacoma/Seattle area. When I do get an interview for a job I will have to take a pre-employment physical and drug test. Since my surgery I've been urinary incontinent and so I wear adult diapers. Taking a UA will be difficult unless I wear a condom cath and leg bag for a urine sample. Blood test? I really wasn't going to tell anyone about having to wear diapers but I guess that's not going to happen.

Yes, you will have to use a condom catheter and leg bag. I don't see any other way of accomplishing a urine test under the circumstances, or if you know for sure they will require one, get some urine sample bottles from your doctor and take a sample with you. At some point in time you will probably be able to catch a few drops in the sample bottle at home, and that is all they need.
