    I'm 18 years old
    And been with my boyfriend for 3 years we have a 1 year old baby. We are planning on getting married 20 of decembeer . He has never tried or been in the u.s I have a cleared record how long will it take to fix him papers and how muchh.

    I don't know what you mean 'fix him papers and how much'. He has to contact his own immigration and find out what kind of visa he needs to visit you; and go from there.

    What do you mean he has never tried or been in the US. How did it happen you two have a baby then. Did you visit him?

    Not enough info... if you mean US immigrant visa, petitioner must be 21 years of age.
