I hear my parents in bed I'm 16 my room is down the hall its annoying what to do help me please! Or I will die. I think this is a teen problem.

It's a fact of life, it happens. You could try telling them to keep it down but other than that, there isn't much you can do except to deal with it.

Personally I think it's great that your parents have a healthy sex life. I know for you it's embarrassing, but what are they supposed to do, go to a hotel?

When you get older, and a bit more mature, you'll understand, and you'll realize how wonderful it is that your parents still feel that sort of passion for each other.

Until then, tell them that you can hear them, and that it's making you uncomfortable. Is there another room in the house that you can move to, one that is further from your parents room? How about listening to music, with ear buds, so you can't hear them?

Bottom line, it is their house, and if they want to act like a loving married couple, they should be able to do that in their home.

Headphones or ear plugs. Even if you tell them you can hear them, chances are they won't always remember to be quiet. Just keep a pair of headphones or ear plugs to use when you need to.

First they don't have to be quiet, who wants not be quiet and not fully enjoy sex.

So listen to music, or get ear plugs, honestly this is your problem, not theirs, It is great that they have a normal and reqular sex life. What do you want, them never to have sex ?

I think to her it us more disturbing. From a 17 yr old I can see that. Thinking about my parents having sex kind of makes me sick to the stomach. But yes! You should be happy that they still have a passion for each. They could be like my parents and divorced, and trust me that sucks big time. Do what these people tell you and tell your parents that you hear them and get headphones or earplugs as well.
