Assalamu alaikum
I am at a confusion in my life,please help me according to islamic rules.
My marriage took place 3 years before,after marriage I learned that the husband family has cheated us in many ways,relating his education,job and even he has a sexual disease(I m not mentioning the disease here in fear of God)

And after about 4 months he started misbehaving to me,even beating me on my face.
I continued living with him.I got pregnant,and when I was 5 months pregnant,he accused very bad of my father(which is not true) and bet me...

We had counseling ,but it did not end in good...

Now ,since 1 year ,I'm living with my parents... he is not making even a phone call,nor asking about our daughter...

I'm not able to faskh him,bcoz I still love him...

He is not doing twalaaq nor coming to live with me...

Please give an answer,my family members are not interested in continuing this relationship,they are asking me to faskh him,,

What should I do? I am not able to perform my duty to my husband since 1 year,is there any meaning in waiting for him...

Please reply me as soon as possible.
