    I want full custody of my daughter
    My daughter is six now and not seen her father for 4 and half yrs due to domestic violence from her father I was advised by social services to get a non molestation order so of to court I went and got a yrs order against him I've not seen or heard from him since domestic violence

    Ok, so you have defacto full custody now, when spend time and money to change anything? If the father ever tries to get visitation rights, then you can fight him. I don't see any reason to do anything at this time.
