I have no clients at all for my commercial cleaning business,I have only had one phone call of interest,what should I say in a sales pitch when meeting business owners or managers face to face?

First are you going to see 10 to 20 people a day in their offices or business.

The real issue will be getting in to see them, past the secretary or front desk person.

What or how you sell is really up to your style and how you were trained to do this. ( if you were )

I start asking questions often, who does it, what do they pay, if they do it theirself or not.

If there is a contract, when is it due to renew ? How does it bid out ?

Who makes the decissions, if you talk to the office manager but the sanitation engineer does the bidding, you waste time
